The Good Shepherd Youth Ministry exists to GATHER students, to GROW them as Christ desires, to help them respond to God's CALL in faith, to SERVE God with their heart, and to HONOR Him with their lives.

All students in junior and senior high are welcome to get involved at Good Shepherd.

Weekly events:
Sundays, 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.

  • Confirmation class (7th, 8th, & 9th grades)
  • HS Bible Study (10th, 11th, & 12th grades)
Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • The Alter - Bible Study & Outreach for high school students
Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  • The Bridge - Bible Study & Outreach for junior high students
Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • Coffee House Bible study for high school youth @ Sunset Coffee (7978 S. 1300 E.)

Monthly events:
  • Fellowship & social activities for all grades
  • Community service opportunities
  • Volunteer opportunities in church worship services

Annual events:
  • Winter retreat for junior high students (December)
  • Winter retreat for high school students (February)
  • Spring Fling lock-in (all youth)
  • Peak Performance Camp (junior high youth)
  • High School summer trip (various locations annually)
